These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wealth Formula platform at wealthformula.co.uk, operated by Blue Beetle Productions Ltd. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. The Platform
Wealth Formula provides you with access to an online business platform including tools for building sales funnels, websites, email marketing, online courses, and communities. The platform is available on a free plan and paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
The platform infrastructure is provided by Systeme.io on our behalf. By using Wealth Formula you also agree to be bound by Systeme.io's terms of service where applicable to the underlying platform.
3. Your Account
To use the platform you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for:
Keeping your account credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no charge and includes access to core platform features with usage limits as described on our Pricing page. The Free plan is provided on an ongoing basis with no time limit, though we reserve the right to modify free plan features or limits with reasonable notice.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. UK customers may be subject to VAT.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. If you do not wish to accept a price change you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to:
Create, distribute or promote illegal content
Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Impersonate any person or organisation
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users
Promote get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities
Collect personal data from other users without their consent
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform including funnels, courses, emails, and communities. By uploading content to the platform you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wealth Formula brand, platform design, training materials, and all content created by Blue Beetle Productions Ltd remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Training and Educational Content
Any training, live sessions, or educational content provided through or alongside the platform is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Results described or implied in our content are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Beetle Productions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Beetle Productions Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Changes to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform.

15. Governing Law
